About our Research
How do we create learning communities that offer participants the agency to thrive?
Through qualitative and quantitative methods, we are gathering insights from professional learners who know firsthand what it means to teach, be taught, and co-create knowledge:
PhD students and alumni.

Research Team: Dr. Jillianne Code (Principal Investigator, UBC), Dr. Andrea Webb (Co-Investigator, UBC), Dr. Erica Machulak (Co-Investigator, Hikma), Nicole Markland (Virtual Community Manager, Hikma), Kieran Forde (Research Assistant, UBC).
